• Medicare, DVA, private health fund and other billing details
• Your dental and relevant medical history, including treatment records, x-rays and clinical notes

Storing and protecting your information

Your records are stored securely, whether in electronic systems with access controls or in locked physical storage. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep records for as long as required by law, and dispose of them securely when no longer needed.

Accessing and correcting your information

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. Just get in touch and we will help. In some cases there may be a small fee to cover the cost of providing records.
